The ideal candidate will have experience in BESS, energy storage, and new technologies, and will interact with EPC team for design assistance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data collected by the BD team to determine the appropriate size of solar plants. Design the final solar plant for clients. Interact with EPC team for any design assistance required. Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in solar power. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 10 years of experience in designing decentralized solar projects for C&I clients. Strong understanding of solar plant design principles. Strong understanding of BESS and energy storage technologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
