Senior Manager - Domestic Tower Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Process Management

• End-to-end ownership of AP, AR, GL, FA & MDM processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to support new business growth.
• Ensure process standardization, efficiency, and accuracy.

2. Automation & Digitalization

• Drive digital initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor cost-effectiveness and recommend improvements.

3. SLA & Performance Management

• Define, monitor, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all finance towers.
• Oversee team performance, including appraisals, attrition management, and capability building.
• Conduct performance assessments for processes and people.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
• Ensure smooth collaboration and timely resolution of escalations.

5. Audit, Controls & Compliance

• Lead internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and statutory requirements.

6. MIS & Reporting

• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports for AP, AR, GL, FA, and MDM.
• Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

7. Team Management

• Lead a team of 60+ members, providing guidance, mentoring, and career development.
• Foster a high-performance culture, driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• We are seeking an experienced

  Domestic Tower Lead Finance

  (Shared Services)

  to oversee end-to-end financial operations across AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger), FA (Fixed Assets), and MDM (Master Data Management). The role will focus on process excellence, digital transformation, compliance, and driving business growth opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to manage teams, stakeholders, and financial processes efficiently while delivering value to the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance/Accounting) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, FA & MDM.
• Strong experience in process management, audit, and compliance.
• Proven experience in team leadership (50+ members) and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience in MIS, reporting, and automation/digitalization projects.

Technical Expertise:

• SAP (preferred) strong knowledge of FI/CO modules is a plus.
• Experience with other ERP tools, reporting tools, and digital finance solutions is an advantage
