Position Summary:

Sun Pharma Consumer Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital-first and e-commerce–dominated brand launches across Revital and Prohance. This role will be responsible for:

  • Leading A+ content & product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce & other key partners
  • Driving full-funnel integrated digital demand generation campaigns (Develop Implement Track)
  • Building scalable influencer marketing programs to drive consideration on brands
  • Strengthening brand discoverability through search, content, SEO & retail media
  • Monitoring sales performance, conversion metrics & ROI to fuel continuous optimization

The role requires strong digital-first thinking, analytical capability, and a hands-on approach to campaign execution and growth.

Key responsibilities:

A.

  • Partner with Brand Managers to design and execute digital-first GTM plans for new launches under Revital & Prohance.
  • Coordinate with marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms for launch visibility, retail media plans, and content readiness.
  • Build and refresh brand storefronts and manage digital shelf excellence.

B.

  • Own creation, optimization and governance of A+ content, enhanced brand content, and product detail pages across platforms.
  • Work with Creative, Copywriting & Design partners to develop images, videos, infographics, SEO-friendly copy, and comparison charts.
  • Benchmark competitor content regularly and maintain best-in-class listing hygiene.
  • Ensure consistency of brand tonality and adherence to regulatory norms across all listings

C.

  • Plan and execute always-on & burst campaigns across digital platforms—Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Influencers & Affiliates.
  • Build full-funnel digital ecosystems spanning Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention.
  • Own performance marketing strategy for ecommerce & D2C: CPC, ROAS, new-to-brand recruitment, remarketing.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to track campaign effectiveness, viewability, CTR, conversions & revenue contribution.

D.

  • Identify, onboard and manage influencers, creators & category experts across formats (Reels, YT videos, product reviews).
  • Build influencer playbooks for new launches, RTBs and category stories.
  • Manage barter, paid & affiliate-driven influencer collaborations.
  • Track creator performance, content quality and downstream impact on awareness, consideration & sales.

E.

  • Drive search optimization across Amazon, Flipkart, and Google (keyword research, ranking, bids, content strategy).
  • Enhance discoverability through retail media planning on Amazon, Flipkart Ads, Zepto Ad Manager, BigBasket Ads etc.
  • Leverage content marketing to boost organic visibility—blogs, videos, Q&A, review management & UGC.
  • Monitor organic rankings, share of search, and category shelf placement.

F.

  • Track platform-wise sales, traffic, conversions, ratings/reviews, and share metrics.
  • Develop dashboards for weekly performance reviews:
  • ROAS
  • CAC
  • ACOS (Amazon)
  • NTB %
  • Product page conversion %
  • Review sentiment
  • Partner with finance & ecommerce teams for accurate forecasting and ROI benchmarking.
  • Identify growth levers using cohort analysis, funnel drop-offs, media efficiency and competitive pricing insights.

G.

  • Work closely with Brand, E-com, Creative, Insights, Sales, SCM & Packaging teams to execute digital projects.
  • Manage agencies across creative, performance media, influencer networks and platform partners.

Educational Qualification:

Experience:

  • Experience in consumer brands, D2C, FMCG, health & wellness preferred.
  • Experience of designing and executing 360-degree digital marketing campaigns at scale
  • Demonstrable experience in translating consumer insights into memorable digital campaigns
  • Experience in identifying consumer journey touch points and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Deep understanding of the workings of digital platforms such as YouTube, Search, Meta, OTT etc. - media buying, planning and user targeting options on these platforms
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing Online Video campaigns, SEO/SEM, Influencer marketing social media and display/programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Experience of planning and executing performance marketing campaigns preferably for e-com business/D2C
  • Experience of building digital content for social media and website
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush) and social media listening tools (eg:Radian6, Meltwater) – preferable.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, FB, Insta and YouTube campaigns
  • Experience of managing media and digital agencies
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, tags and search console’s development
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
