Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager Design & Execution to lead and oversee the design development and on-site execution of high-end luxury residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing luxury projects from concept to completion, ensuring world-class quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of luxury residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and standards of excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to translate design concepts into reality.
• Review, finalize, and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Manage project execution on-site, overseeing construction quality, finishing details, and adherence to design intent.
• Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of luxury materials, furniture, and fixtures.
• Provide design and technical expertise during project planning, development, and execution stages.
• Conduct regular site reviews, quality audits, and progress reporting to senior management.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure seamless coordination between design and execution functions.
• Stay updated on global design trends, luxury products, and execution practices to bring innovation into projects.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum Job Experience

1015 years of experience in design and execution, specifically in luxury residential and commercial projects.
