Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of HR management and planning. This position will play a major role in managing Workforce, improving operational efficiency & maintain a productive & compliant work environment. Key Job Responsibilities will be as below but not limited to : Talent Acquisition Talent Management Employee Engagements Employee Experience Initiatives Collective Bargaining & Long Term Wage Settlements Performance Management Compensation & Benefits Bench-marking Annual Salary Revision Reward & Recognition Employee Development Succession Planning HR Policies Formulation Legal Compliance Disciplinary Actions Contract Labour Management Right Sizing / Down Sizing Critical Employee Communications Control and drive for optimum Personnel costs. Liaison with Government Authorities & Legal Practitioners Qualifications Qualification Post Graduation in Human Resources Management with a minimum post qualification experience of 18 to 20 years (including 7 to 8 years in Plant HR Function). Additional qualification in law will be an added advantage. Language Proficiency: English & Hindi Experience: Exposure to working in manufacturing companies. Exposure of dealing with Blue collar Union & Long Term Wage Settlements Multi-national companies (MNC) background will be preferred. HR Generalist Competence Requirement: Need to possess below competencies of excellent to outstanding level : Entrepreneurial Competence: Result orientation & Future orientation Leadership Competence: Leading self & Leading others Interpersonal Competence: Cooperation & Communication Professional Competence: Depth of knowledge in HR Process & Employment Laws & Breadth of experience of working in various HR sub-functions Strategic Competence: Systems leadership & Customer success Business Competence: Business agility & Talent advocacy IT skills: Excellent IT office skills eg. Power-Point Presentations, Spreadsheet, Word etc. Knowledge of Power-BI will be added advantage. Domain area skills: Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skill Good Persuasion skill & Conflict Management & Resolution Skill Excellent Active Listening & Negotiation Skill Good Employee Connect & Networking ability Internal & External Working knowledge of applicable Labour Laws Exposure to working in all HR management areas Continuous learner and be a pro-active coach and mentor Ability to develop & refine HR Processes Leading Change Proven skill to deal with employee sensitive matters like Low performance, disciplinary matters, rightsizing, involuntary exits, etc. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): (Some may be collaborative in nature Employee Turnover Personnel Cost Time to Fill Vacancies Employee Satisfaction Level Diversity Ratio
