As a Senior Manager Dealer Management at Solwearth Ecotech Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in developing, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing network of dealers to achieve sales targets for Organic Waste Converter (OWC) machines and related products. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Dealer Recruitment and Onboarding: - Identifying and recruiting potential dealers. - Onboarding them with training on products, sales techniques, and company policies. - Sales Target Achievement: - Setting sales targets for the dealer network. - Monitoring performance, providing support, and guidance. - Relationship Management: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers. - Acting as a point of contact for support. - Reporting and Analysis: - Tracking sales data. - Analyzing performance and generating reports for management. Qualifications: - Education: MBA in Sales or Marketing, or B.Tech degree in any Engineering. - Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management. - Proven track record of managing dealer networks. - Experience in selling waste management solutions is preferred. - Experience with B2B sales is a plus.
