We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Data Science Team!
This role supports the Analytics Enablement team in delivering strategic insights and data-driven solutions. As part of the broader Analytics organization, Customer Analytics drives scalable practices that foster customer-centric innovation across brand and CPG/Retail initiatives.Work location: BangaloreResponsibilities:.Lead discussions with clients to understand business goals, define analytical requirements, and align on key deliverables..Translate business challenges into structured problem statements and analytical approaches..Present insights, recommendations, and solutions clearly to both business and stakeholdersWork closely with data engineers, visualization specialists and drive continuous improvement & opportunities for efficiency through automation..Should having knowledge of market research & any specific knowledge on retail and FMCG/CPG industry be an added advantage.Working knowledge in MS Excel, MS-power point (for delivering insights and results).Hands-on experience in Python, Azure, Data Bricks & Visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is an added advantage.Ability to handle various data sources (format - structured and unstructured volume - sparse and large), using data modeling to develop reporting capabilities and valuable insights across these data sources is key..Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situationsQualificationsMinimum qualificationsMaster's or bachelor's - Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/B-TechPreferred Qualification : Data analytics Knowledge Retail/CPG/FMCG/ General Merchandise.Technical skills: Python, Azure, Data Bricks, Power BI and MS Office (Excel & PPT).
