Senior Manager-Customer, Digital & Connected Systems

As a Full Stack Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience (including at least 2 years in a lead role), you will be responsible for leading a team of full-stack developers and providing technical mentorship. You will be tasked with building scalable backend services using Django (Python) and developing responsive mobile and web frontends using Flutter. Collaboration with UI/UX designers and product managers will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include driving code reviews, implementing best practices, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will oversee CI/CD processes and DevSecOps integration to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security across the stack. Your proficiency in Python, Django, and Flutter will be essential in executing these responsibilities effectively. To succeed in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration. Experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL), Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, microservices architecture, and Event Driven Architecture (SOA) will be beneficial. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively leading the team. Proficiency in OAuth, data encryption, and knowledge of common vulnerabilities are necessary to ensure the security of the system. Additionally, familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana, as well as testing, performance, and automation tools like Selenium, Katalon, Apache JMeter, and Browserstack, will be advantageous. Nice to have skills include experience with NoSQL, SOLR, and CRM systems, as well as knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Exposure to automated testing tools such as PyTest and Flutter test will further enhance your capabilities in this role.,
