Role Overview: You will be leading a team of full-stack developers and providing technical mentorship. Your responsibilities will include building scalable backend services using Django (Python) and developing responsive mobile and web frontends using Flutter. Collaboration with UI/UX designers and product managers is essential, along with driving code reviews, best practices, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will oversee CI/CD processes, DevSecOps integration, and ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of full-stack developers and provide technical mentorship - Build scalable backend services using Django (Python) - Develop responsive mobile and web frontends using Flutter - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers - Drive code reviews, best practices, and maintain high-quality standards - Oversee CI/CD processes and DevSecOps integration - Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python and Django - Strong hands-on experience with Flutter - Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) - Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Agile methodology experience - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of microservices architecture - Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture (SOA) - Proficiency in OAuth, data encryption, and common vulnerabilities - Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana - Knowledge of Testing, performance, and automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Apache JMeter, Browserstack Additional Details: Knowledge of NoSQL, SOLR, CRM, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.), and exposure to automated testing (PyTest, Flutter test) will be considered as nice-to-have skills.
