Senior Manager- CP Sales

As an Executive/Senior Executive at Godrej Properties Limited in Bangalore, your role will involve coordinating and managing various Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities for project promotions. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with content developers for project-specific data for Print, Television, Radio, Outdoors, and Public Relations advertisements - Liaising with media agencies to ensure timely release of advertisements - Coordinating with Real Estate Exhibitors for BTL activities - Participating in events, providing sponsorships, and entering partnerships with exhibitors to enhance project visibility - Managing the availability and delivery of merchandise products - Assisting in analyzing campaign effectiveness and providing necessary reports to supervisors - Ensuring timely availability of Project Promotion Material such as Site Plans, Brochures, Fliers, and Project models - Updating website content with project data from Content Developers - Proofreading data and obtaining supervisor approval - Designing and participating in various marketing campaigns - Supporting the initial project promotion and suggesting suitable promotion methods based on local trends - Identifying relevant exhibitions for project visibility - Assisting in setting up the marketing office for the project - Conducting market research by meeting brokers, competitors, and customers - Analyzing market research data and presenting findings to the supervisor Qualifications Required: - Experience: 3 to 10 years At Godrej Properties Limited, diversity is celebrated, and there is no place for discrimination.
