Senior Manager - Corporate Sales - B2B Operating Lease

As a strategic and results-driven contributor in the Sales division, your role will involve expanding the operating lease business by acquiring new clients and driving growth to build market presence. You are expected to possess the following skills: - Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated & disciplined - Proactive approach towards business development - Knowledge of the automobile leasing industry, specifically operating lease and other allied leasing services - Ability to contribute towards company's growth through market research, sales development, and business promotion activities - Understanding of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector In terms of software proficiency, you should have expertise in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including V-look up, pivot, etc.). Knowledge of Business Intelligence Software like Tableau, PowerBI, and Project Management Tools like Asana, Trello, Salesforce, etc., will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace is also expected. Key Responsibilities: - Work towards achieving sales targets by hunting new clients and expanding leasing business through offering full-service operating lease to customers. - Define and implement strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the team. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline exceeding revenue and market share targets by ensuring cross-functional alignment with other departments. - Utilize clarity about the automobile industry to explain leasing benefits to corporates and accelerate sales performance through strategic planning and project management.
