Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead the commissioning team at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissioning and project management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the commissioning process of electrical projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Develop and implement effective commissioning strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the commissioning process.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning or project management within the electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control circuits, and motor control systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools used in commissioning and project management.
