The ideal candidate will have a solid background in health insurance claims management within the TPA industry . Years of Experience : 5 to 15 years. Qualification : BAMS, BHMS, BDS. Work Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai. Job description Oversee end-to-end processing of health insurance claims in compliance with TPA and IRDAI guidelines. Supervise and manage the claims department team. Review, assess, and approve claims based on policy terms and medical records. Handle claims escalations and grievances from clients, hospitals, and insurance companies. Ensure timely processing and settlement of claims. Coordinate with network hospitals, insurance companies, and internal teams for claims documentation and resolution. Maintain accurate records, MIS, and reports for management review. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
