Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Recruiting Manager at Rippling, you will lead a team of Recruiters focusing on scaling the Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and General & Administrative functions in India. Your role involves developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, collaborating with hiring managers, leveraging technology for sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your contributions will have an immediate impact on the business and the sourcing team's pipeline generation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage an existing team of recruiters, fostering a strong team bond - Align with Business Leaders on hiring needs to optimize sourcing focus and impact - Collaborate with the Business Sourcing team to implement best practices and address function-specific requirements - Develop creative strategies for engaging top-of-funnel talent across various disciplines - Enhance data integrity and hygiene within the team to inform recruiting strategies effectively - Analyze pass-through data, identify trends, derive insights, and optimize top-of-funnel strategies - Advise business leaders on innovative recruiting strategies using external market insights - Define and evaluate recruiting metrics to measure and enhance team performance and productivity - Contribute to overall Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives, improvements, and leadership as part of the TA leadership team Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Business Recruiting - Experience in people leadership, either through direct management or mentoring as a team subject matter expert - Ability to collaborate and partner with virtual and global teams - Strong desire and capability for building, creating, and executing initiatives swiftly - Genuine empathy towards team members while maintaining high performance standards - Proficiency in leveraging technology for driving results, managing performance, and improving execution - Strong data and reporting skills with a focus on recruiting metrics - Track record of identifying and engaging exceptional recruiting talent - Innovative thinking and continuous improvement mindset - Project management skills for driving larger initiatives with multiple stakeholders - Experience with industry-leading recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems for candidate engagement (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
