Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager - Business Analysis with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our team in designing and implementing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, solution architecture, and technical expertise.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive business analysis strategies to drive growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable and efficient solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Lead the development of detailed business cases and proposals for new initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business analysis and solution architecture.
Strong knowledge of SMSC USSD solutions is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with Comviva Technologies Limited or similar companies is preferred.
