Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supporting SAP Application for Interarch (L1 and L2) in the area of Production Planning, Production Operations, and Quality Management & Materials Management.
Understand how the in-house developed applications function and how they are integrated with SAP and to provide support on those applications.
Liasioning with Key Business Process Owners and addressing their SAP Functional requirement.
Writing Business Requirement Document.
Help in creating Test Scripts.
Help in preparing User Manual and imparting User Training.
Coordinate with SAP AMS Partner and drive to close SAP Related tickets.
Keeping track of and updating all Functional Specification and Technical Specification.
Proactively undertake new Enhancement Initiatives in SAP to meet Process requirement/ Control Requirement/Report Requirement.
Establish best SAP Practices
Addressing Audit Observations
Following and adhering to the Change Management Process.

Preferred candidate profile

Production Planning , Scheduling MRP
Production Order, BOM, Material Ledger
Quality Management of Incoming in process and Outgoing material.
Solid understanding of Inventory management and the prerequisite of determining COGP and profitability.
SAP S4 Hana architecture and deployment.
Broad overview of Fiori and Analytics will be preferred.
Knowledge of understanding and writing Business.
Requirement document and Functional Specification.
Knowledge of writing Fiori, SQL Query, LSMW, User Exits, Buddy
Cross Function Manufacturing process knowledge.
