Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Maintenance Engineer with over 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in managing CNC machines and PNC controllers. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and support automation initiatives at our Karnal facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines (lathe, milling, laser cutting, etc.) and ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and configure PNC controllers for motion control and automation tasks.
• Lead a team of technicians and junior engineers in daily maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Monitor equipment health and initiate continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with production and automation teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in plant maintenance, with hands-on exposure to CNC and automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with G-code/M-code, PLC programming, and motion control systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and team leadership skills.
