Job Description

5+ years in AI/ML engineering with production experience
Expertise in RAG and GraphRAG architectures
Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs and deep learning models
Experience with agent-based systems and memory architectures
Strong Python and PyTorch skills
Proficiency in Go for backend systems
Solid knowledge of AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3)
Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant
Understanding of ML operations, model deployment, and monitoring

Responsibilities

Act as a founding engineer with customer-first thinking
Work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to ship features
Keep the platform aligned with tech and business trends
Design and implement scalable AI solutions
