Senior Live Ops Support/Configuration Engineer

As a Configuration Engineer at SciPlay, you will play a crucial role in the technical implementation of in-game events, promotions, content releases, and features in the live game environment. Collaborating with the Executive Producer, Product Manager, and Marketing Manager, you will ensure the successful launch of various elements in the game for millions of players worldwide. Your attention to detail, experience in database administration, and flexibility with working hours will be key in maintaining the authenticity and engagement of the games. Your responsibilities will include setting up store logic and sales, working with the Product Manager to track live events and slot releases, communicating effectively with the game team on live game issues, and providing feedback for continuous test improvement. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that all admin tools are functioning properly through thorough testing, submit and track product issues found during testing, and assist QA with testing and training on admin tools when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. With 5-10 years of total experience, proficiency in project management software (such as Jira, Rally, Hansoft), software development experience, and a strong understanding of software test methodologies and procedures, you will be well-equipped to navigate the product development lifecycle successfully. Your strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail will be essential in meeting quick deadlines and delivering precise results in a fast-paced work environment. This position offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days working from the office located at ITPL, Whitefield, Bangalore.
