Senior Live Ops Support/Configuration Engineer

As a Configuration Engineer at SciPlay, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Executive Producer, Product Manager, and Marketing Manager to facilitate the technical implementation of in-game events, promotions, content releases, and features in the live game environment. Your attention to detail and experience with database administration will be crucial in ensuring the successful launch of events and updates on time. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the successful launch of in-game events, promotions, new content, and features in the live game environment. - Test admin tools rigorously to ensure they are working as intended. - Set up store logic and sales through admin tools. - Maintain the status of all live events and slot releases in collaboration with the Product Manager. - Communicate effectively with the game team regarding issues in the live game. - Provide feedback for continuous test improvement. - Submit and track product issues found during testing to ensure resolution. - Assist in reproducing issues when necessary to aid software development in issue resolution. - Support QA with testing and provide training on admin tools as required. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant experience. Key Skills & Abilities: - 5-10 years of total experience. - Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Rally, Hansoft). - Software development experience. - Strong understanding of software test methodologies, procedures, and the product development lifecycle. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to efficiently regulate and prioritize tasks. - Meet quick deadlines and deliver precise, effective results in a fast-paced work environment. - Strong technical knowledge of computers and troubleshooting computer problems.
