As a vital part of our Linguistic Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the linguistic depth, accuracy, and cultural authenticity of Tamil language resources used in AI training, content localization, and language technology projects. Your insights will directly contribute to how Tamil is represented and utilized in modern digital and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on all linguistic aspects of Tamil, including grammar, morphology, syntax, phonetics, semantics, and dialectal variations.
• Review, refine, and validate large-scale datasets for transcription, translation, annotation, and linguistic evaluation.
• Develop and maintain linguistic resources such as style guides, orthographic rules, and standardized glossaries for Tamil.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product teams, and language technologists to ensure high-quality, culturally appropriate Tamil outputs.
• Conduct linguistic quality assurance and deliver feedback on naturalness, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Mentor junior linguists, translators, and reviewers working on Tamil-language projects.
