Senior Licensing Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

• Ensure Licenses and Permits obligations and requirements are met and ensure 100% compliant.
• Partner with E&C functions and help in driving a culture of Compliance at the stores.
• Complete and assist with the review of a number of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports, inspections and audits pertaining to Compliance functions like Environment Health & Safety, Food Safety, Product Safety, Labor and Employment etc.
• Conduct store walks and surprise compliance inspections and share observations with the corporate office.
• Partner with the training & Awareness team to promote the compliance culture of Safety and integrity to ensure the Store associates adhere to the compliance policies.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:

• Any degree with 2-7 years of experience in Ethics & compliance especially in License and permits.
• Foundation skills and knowledge Increased responsibility and specialized skills decision making, vision, reviewing skill, ability of interaction with government authority.
• Marathi language is preferred.
