Senior Licensing Executive

Role Overview: As a member of the License and Permits team, your main responsibility will be to procure licenses and permits for all establishments in compliance with legal guidance and state and central laws. You will also be involved in researching new licenses, ensuring compliance with laws, and keeping the business team informed about regulatory changes. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with real estate, legal HR compliance team to procure licenses and permits for Hyperlocal. - Drive operational metrics effectively while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - Screen documents from stakeholders to apply for licenses. - Monitor daily activities related to license requirements and apply for licenses as needed. - Create research documents for license applications. - Communicate via email with third-party inspectors (TPI) and stakeholders for updates. - Visit sites, coordinate with the operations team, and verify license conditions on-site. Assist stakeholders in maintaining compliance requirements. - Maintain regular interaction with field and central teams regarding necessary documents and information. Qualifications Required: - LLB with 3-7 years of experience in a license and permits role. - Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). - Competencies in MIS and MS Office (from Good to Advanced). - Basic knowledge of license and permits processes.,
