Description & Requirements 1. 12 plus years of experience in total, which includes development, innovation, and team leadership. 2. Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide the team. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions. 4. Good experience working in an SDLC environment 5. The following lists of strong technical skills are required: o Proficient in Progress 4GL. o Experienced with PHP 7/8 o Experience in AWS o Experience with ColdFusion is beneficial to have.
