Role Overview: As a seasoned technical leader and hands-on architect, you will be the Senior Lead Software Engineer responsible for leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance the Driver App and its related web platforms. Your role will involve setting the technical direction, architecting robust systems, and implementing AI-driven features to propel the product suite forward. Key Responsibilities: - Architect AI-Powered Features: - Design and build end-to-end AI capabilities for the Driver App, encompassing on-device model inference and cloud-based prediction services. - Drive Technical Innovation: - Lead the research and evaluation of new AI models and technologies like Computer Vision and NLP, providing strategic adoption recommendations. - Ensure Full-Stack AI Integration: - Own the lifecycle of AI features from backend model serving and API development to seamless integration and performance optimization on mobile and web platforms. Qualifications Required: - Experience: - 10-12+ years in software development with a focus on AI/Machine Learning capabilities. - AI Agent: - Hands-on experience with key Agent building frameworks such as Langchain and Google ADK. - Mobile: - Expert-level knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift) development, including on-device ML model integration. - Web/Backend: - Proficiency in backend development with languages like Python and experience in deploying APIs on cloud platforms. - Architecture: - Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and the MLOps lifecycle. - Skills: - Experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, event-driven design patterns, RESTful API design, unit testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies. - Problem-Solving: - Exceptional problem-solving skills with a history of delivering innovative solutions.
