Senior Lead Software Engineer

As a software engineer at Junos EVO, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Next Generation JUNOS engineering group where you will play a key role in designing and developing control plane software for the new networking infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing control plane software on platforms running the Next Generation JUNOS networking infrastructure. - Working closely with a team of experienced engineers to ensure the success of the project. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in CS/ECE/EE/IT or similar stream from a premier institute. - Relevant experience in Systems and networking software development. - Good knowledge of C/C++ programming, Data Structures, OS and Networking including IPv4/IPv6 technologies. - Experience in Linux/Unix based environments. - Strong problem-solving and aptitude skills. - Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Quick learner and a team player. It is preferred that you have: - Good knowledge of routers and switches, especially from an architectural standpoint. - Understanding of distributed computing systems and technologies.
