Role Overview: As a Senior Lead - Projects at our company, you will be responsible for the successful execution of fire system projects. Your role will involve planning and monitoring project activities, ensuring efficient manpower allocation, material planning, and adherence to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Key Responsibilities: - Plan and allocate manpower effectively for project execution - Coordinate material planning to ensure timely availability for project requirements - Utilize knowledge of BOQ to monitor project progress and budget adherence - Oversee project execution to ensure timely completion - Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (B Tech/Diploma) - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for B Tech or 7 years for Diploma holders in fire system execution - Proficiency in manpower planning, material planning, and familiarity with BOQ ,
