Senior / Lead Mechanical Engineer

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Organizing, assigning, and delegating engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents with a team of engineers and designers. - Managing scope, budget, and schedule to meet project goals. - Coordinating and collaborating with other disciplines to develop designs. - Leading plant design activities as an area/system leader. - Performing Mech/HVAC/Dry/Cleanroom system plant design work in integrated design systems. - Conducting quality review checks for modelling and system deliverables. - Participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor bid evaluations. - Assisting in generating proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets. - Communicating effectively with client leads to deliver work on time with quality. - Designing HVAC, Cleanroom, and Process Exhaust systems for various projects. - Performing calculations, preparation of layouts, technical specifications, and vendor drawing reviews. - Providing guidance to project engineers and designers. - Displaying strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced team environment. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum bachelor's degree in building services/mechanical engineering. - Experience in Semiconductor & Life sciences/Pharma / FMCG / Food and beverage projects. - 5 to 10 years of experience in Life sciences/Pharma / FMCG / Food and beverage projects. - 8 to 15 years of Experience in Mech/HVAC design. - Knowledge in cleanroom concepts, Process exhaust systems & HVAC systems. - Hands-on experience in using HAP, Pipeflo, CFD, Trace 3D software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Relevant engineering/design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector/Life sciences. - Engineering/design experience in Mech/HVAC systems. - Excellent English level - written and spoken. - Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors. - Experience using REVIT in a BIM environment. - Good understanding and application of ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO/ISPE, Cleanroom standards, International Mechanical Building codes & other relevant standards.,
