Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and architectural decisions PWA Development: Design and implement Progressive Web Applications using React, ensuring they are fast, reliable, and engaging Architecture Design: Define and drive the architecture of front-end applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define and implement user-centric features Code Quality Performance: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Understanding of PWA best practices and performance optimization techniques Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello
