Senior Lead Engineer Tie-in Systems

As a Senior Lead Subsea Tie-in Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for managing work packages for single and multi-bore connection systems and ROV tooling throughout the project life cycle. You will provide technical support to the O&M team and interface with cross-functional teams within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage work packages for connection systems and ROV tooling - Review and resolve technical queries during bid evaluation - Coordinate and supervise work during subsea equipment fabrication, testing, offshore construction, and commissioning phases - Manage Master Equipment List for subsea hardware package - Participate in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection - Manage engineering, procurement, and systems completion activities - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/contractors - Ensure smooth transitions between project stages and clear communication with stakeholders - Uphold HSE standards and coordinate with engineering, construction teams, and vendors - Lead, mentor, and coach team members **Qualifications Required:** - Good knowledge of subsea systems - Ability to prepare technical presentations for senior management - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in capital project execution, preferably in the oil and gas industry. They should have broad experience in project management, engineering, procurement, and construction, as well as exposure to subsea design and operations. Knowledge of subsea production systems and equipment supplied by major OEMs is essential, along with familiarity with Company Furnished Material management.,
