Senior Lead Engineer - Tie-in Systems

You are an experienced and technically proficient Senior Lead Subsea Tie-in Engineer with over 10 years of experience in subsea and over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing work packages for single and multi-bore connection systems and ROV tooling throughout the complete project life cycle. You will provide technical support to the O&M team and interface with cross-functional teams within the Company. Your duties and responsibilities include leading and managing work packages for connection systems and ROV tooling, resolving technical queries during bid evaluation, reviewing vendor documents, coordinating work during subsea equipment fabrication and testing, managing the Master Equipment List, participating in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection, managing engineering, procurement, and systems completion activities, and ensuring smooth transitions between project stages. You will collaborate and interface with internal functional teams and external agencies/contractors, uphold HSE standards, co-ordinate with engineering, construction teams, and vendors, and lead, mentor, and coach team members. Your skills and qualifications should include good knowledge of subsea systems, the ability to prepare technical presentations for senior management, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in capital project execution, preferably in the oil and gas industry, broad experience in project management, engineering, procurement, and construction, exposure to subsea design, expertise in subsea systems and operations, familiarity with the project life cycle for deepwater developments, experience in technical interface management, knowledge of subsea production systems and equipment supplied by major OEMs, and familiarity with Company Furnished Material management.,
