Senior / Lead Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern cloud-native development practices and a proven track record of delivering robust enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+ Architect and implement distributed systems handling high-volume transactions Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards Document technical specifications and system architecture Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core Web API development Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and gRPC services Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns Experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ Hands-on experience with message brokers ( Kafka, RabbitMQ ) Knowledge of distributed caching (Redis ) Understanding of event-driven architectures Proficient in SQL Server and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps/Jenkins Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Knowledge of application monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana Understanding of distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry) Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance Required Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Contributions to open-source projects Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Additional Skills (Nice to Have) Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features Knowledge of GraphQL Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio) Experience with machine learning integration Knowledge of security best practices and OWASP guidelines Experience with Blazor or other modern front-end frameworks
