• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Strong proficiency of React.js and its core principles, services development using Node.js, database experience on MongoDB. Also middleware development experience in .Net (C#, ASP.Net, WebAPI, SQL Server, .Net Core) is must.
• Strong proficiency with popular React.js workflows. Familiarity with newer specifications of ES6. Strong fundamentals on data structures and algorithm. we'll-versed with CSS preprocessors modern CSS frameworks
• Knowledge with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and integration with Front End framework. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Experience with tools such as Node.js, NPM, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. A knack for benchmarking and optimization and writing clean/maintainable code. Experience with code versioning tools like GIT.
• Knowledge or experience with Micro Front End implementation. A "make and show" attitude with a leaning towards quick iteration, ability to balance between long term product goals with short term turn arounds.
• Work collaboratively in Agile scrum team including Developers/ lead developers, Architects/Tech leads, Product Owners, Scrum master and Testers for next-gen UI development.
• This will include 2-4 hours overlap with global teams in US/UK (EST time) based on project needs.
• Work closely with Product Management and Stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and groom junior team members on the technology, domain and design patterns.
• Results-oriented, knowledge of new and legacy technologies, knowledge of the relevant platforms and environments, and familiar with business processes, functions and data within their domain to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions.

Qualification Requirements:

B.E. or MCA with 6-7 years of web development experience using React.js, Node.js, MongoDB. Prior experience in .Net (C#, ASP.Net, WebAPI, SQL Server) is must.

Experience in Development Lead role is preferable. Experience working in an agile process.

Good knowledge on OOPS concepts and design patterns. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
