What you will be doing at Evalueserve-

• Screen and map LP-led and GP-led secondaries transactions to support investment decision-making
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, review NAV evolution, DPI/TVPI trends, capital calls / distributions, LP interest valuation, waterfall modelling, etc.
• Undertake due diligence by analyzing company financials and operational metrics, interpreting data packs, and extracting insights through structured slicing and dicing of information
• Conduct comprehensive industry research, including market sizing, growth drivers, emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and forward-looking market outlook, to support the development of an investment thesis and target screening
• Prepare high-quality investment memorandums and presentations for Investment Committee discussions by incorporating key findings from due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic fit assessments
• Drive the creation of client and prospect-related materials, such as marketing decks, pitchbooks, proposals, and presentations, in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Conduct due diligence on funds and LP interests, including a performance evaluation of their existing underlying portfolios
• Engage in portfolio monitoring and valuation and support ongoing performance tracking, reporting, and strategic reviews for existing investments
• Handle open-ended client requests, ensure comprehensive, data-backed solutions, and maintain a high standard of responsiveness and execution

What we are looking for-

• Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA (with specialization in finance and econometrics) / CFA / CA
• 2+ years of experience working on financial / private equity secondaries with global clients
• Sound financial modeling skills, quantitative skills, and robust corporate finance skills
• Proficiency in creating PPT presentations for deals
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Expertise in tools such as Factset, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, and Preqin, as well as in Excel-based modeling
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms is a plus
