Senior Lawyer

Looking for Senior Lawyer for one of the leading Law at Bandra West

providing strategic legal counsel and advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing complex legal matters, conducting legal research, and overseeing junior staff

• Legal Advice & Strategy:

  Provide comprehensive legal advice on complex legal and regulatory matters to management, clients, and cross-functional teams.

• Contract & Document Management:

  Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.

• Legal Research & Analysis:

  Conduct in-depth legal research to analyze existing laws, regulations, and case law to support legal strategies and business decisions.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  Help develop and implement compliance programs, identify potential legal issues, and advise on risk management strategies to protect the firm's interests.

• Leadership & Mentoring:

  Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, providing guidance on legal matters and contributing to their professional development.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Effectively communicate legal advice and updates to various stakeholders, including other departments, government officials, and external entities.

• External Counsel Management:

  Oversee and coordinate with external law firms on litigation, transactions, and other legal matters.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree or a higher legal qualification is typically required.

• Experience:

  Several years of experience in corporate, commercial, or litigation matters is essential.
