As a Lead/Architect in Kore.ai Development at Perficient, you will play a pivotal role in our AI journey by working on cutting-edge chatbot solutions. You will have the opportunity to design and develop scalable chatbot solutions using Kore.ai, architect custom frameworks, and integrate them with platforms such as Genesys. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define conversational strategies and working on high-impact projects for clients will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and hands-on development support.
