Senior Java Software Engineer

As a senior developer at smartSense, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver projects, adhering to Test-Driven Development practices to ensure the robustness and stability of the codebase. Your passion for writing code with best practices and expertise in leading Architecture Designing will play a key role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include creating Solution Architecture encompassing software and multiple Java Frameworks, designing Microservices based Architecture, and managing microservices effectively. You should possess advanced knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud Gateway. Ability to develop complex algorithms with multi-threading, manage risk identification and mitigation strategies related to architecture, and a deep understanding of Agile Methodologies are essential. Your role will involve critically analyzing different implementations to identify the most suitable ones, creating high-level implementation documents, and assisting the team in developing low-level technical documents. You will be responsible for application-wide tasks such as performance optimization, security, concurrency, transaction management, session management, caching, and validation. Proficiency in Rest API, WebSocket, OAuth, OpenID, Java best practices, and familiarity with AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms is required. Mandatory skills for this role include expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, J2EE, Struts, Documentation, Git, and MySQL. Additionally, experience in Agile Development, System Architecture, and effective client communication would be beneficial. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of Java development experience, with at least 2 years in Designing Web applications. A degree in Bachelor or Masters in Software Engineering is required, with preference given to candidates holding BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.sc/B.sc qualifications.,
