Senior React.js Developer

smartSense is seeking an individual who comprehends the significance of user experience and is proficient in front-end technology ReactJS. As a candidate, you will need to empathize with the challenges faced by end-users and advocate on their behalf. You should be enthusiastic about tackling design challenges collaboratively with other developers, creating reusable components, and constantly enhancing those designs. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining user interfaces for web applications from the initial concepts to the final product. You will be expected to conceptualize original ideas that prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness while working on complex concepts. Additionally, you will need to develop and integrate front-end components with databases through REST API, design and develop module-based and service-based architecture, adhere to industry standards and best practices, write optimized and clean code, and create unit tests for the web application. In terms of frontend technologies, you should be well-versed in ReactJs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SCSS. Proficiency in popular React.js workflows like Flux and Redux is required, along with advanced knowledge of React.js core principles and architecture. Familiarity with ES6/ES7, UI components libraries (such as material-UI or Bootstrap), and REST APIs is essential. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token, experience with front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, and testing frameworks like Jasmine is expected. You should also have experience in writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks and optimizing components for optimal performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. Familiarity with version control tools such as GIT and operations like Push, Pull, Branching, Merging, and conflict resolution is necessary. Bonus points if you have experience in React Native, Docker, AWS, and Firebase.
