Senior Java React Full Stack Developer-VP

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior role that involves establishing and implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. The primary goal of this position is to lead activities related to applications systems analysis and programming. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing applications using Java, UI Frameworks, Microservices, and relational databases as a full stack developer. Additionally, you will develop UI components and screens using technologies such as Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS. Designing and developing scalable services using Java, Springboot, Kafka, and Oracle will also be part of your role. Utilizing specialized knowledge of applications development, you will analyze complex problems, evaluate business and system processes, and industry standards to make informed decisions. Managing and addressing vulnerabilities, code quality issues, and writing test cases will also be essential. You will recommend and implement security measures post-implementation to ensure successful system design and functionality. Consulting with users, clients, and other technology groups, recommending advanced programming solutions, and assisting in the installation and exposure of customer systems will be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure adherence to essential procedures, define operating standards, and processes, as well as serve as an advisor or coach to junior team members. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate independence of judgment and autonomy in your decision-making process. Acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members and appropriately assessing risks in business decisions will be crucial. Ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, maintaining ethical conduct, and reporting control issues transparently are also important aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have 9-15 years of relevant experience, with technical expertise in Angular/React, HTML5, Bootstrap, Java, Spring framework, Kafka, Microservices, and Oracle - PL/SQL. Experience in systems analysis, programming of software applications, managing successful projects, and knowledge of consulting/project management techniques are required. The ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements is essential. Education requirement includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
