Senior Java Prod Support

As an Infrastructure & Platform Modernization Lead, you will be responsible for: - Leading infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, etc. - Designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Building reusable IaC modules to enforce infrastructure standards across environments. - Driving cloud platform modernization and legacy system transformation. - Developing containerization and orchestration strategies with Docker and Kubernetes. - Implementing infrastructure testing and validation in CI/CD pipelines. In the Production Operations & Application Support role, your responsibilities will include: - Providing operational support for UI and backend applications to ensure system stability and quick resolution of production issues. - Conducting incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution for application outages or defects. - Participating in 24/7 on-call support rotation and production deployment activities. - Performing IT incident response, triaging live issues, and addressing application data issues with proper documentation and RCA. - Conducting quarterly trend analysis to proactively identify system risks and performance improvement areas. For Continuous Improvement & Monitoring, you will: - Modernize and refactor underperforming solutions for long-term sustainability. - Define, implement, and track service SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for critical services. - Provide operational metrics and reporting on production performance, SLA adherence, and support tickets. - Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual intervention in incident management. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for platform improvement. In terms of Technical Collaboration & Client Interface, you will: - Work closely with business partners, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure system stability. - Manage operational relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders. - Provide support for project life cycle activities, including architecture reviews, code reviews, solution validation, and release readiness. - Translate business requirements into technical architecture aligned with MassMutual platform standards.,
