Senior Java Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with product management to understand product requirements and create technical specifications. You will produce high-level and low-level designs including component diagrams, sequence diagrams, technology choices, and API specifications. Additionally, you will conduct periodic code reviews with scrum teams to ensure the right product is being built. It will also be your responsibility to perform regular security reviews and design reviews of your peers" work. As a leader in this role, you must embody transparency and a growth mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you should be open-minded, collaborative, and able to influence others. You will need to extract information from Product Owners and break down problems into smaller tasks. Ownership and accountability for projects are key aspects of this position. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in building scalable cloud-native applications. Proficiency in various AWS tech stacks is required, along with knowledge of cloud security, privacy, and compliance practices. A degree in computer science or related fields is preferred.
