Senior Java Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 6 to10 years of experience to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, with proven experience in designing scalable backend systems and leading engineering teams. Youll play a key role in building robust APIs, architecting solutions, and collaborating in Agile environments. Experience with GCP, CI/CD, and Docker is a plus. Immediate to 15-day joiners preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring
• Boot
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for scalable systems
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB)
• Build, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs in a production-grade environment
• Take ownership of solution design, code quality through reviews, and mentoring

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture

• Proficiency in RESTful API development
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in leading small to mid-sized engineering teams
