Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior IT System Support Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and 5-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex IT systems and applications.

Analyze and resolve system-related issues efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation of system procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
