Senior IT Support Officer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and product teams. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Project Management, Product Management, and App Handling. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will be responsible for driving the companys technology strategy, overseeing end-to-end product development and platform development, ensure delivery excellence, and drive innovation across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & Strategy

• Define and implement the company's technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure robust, scalable, and secure system architecture across all digital platforms.

IT Project & Product Management

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with a focus on timelines, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Champion agile practices and scalable delivery frameworks

Team & Resource Management

• Build lead and mentor high-performing technology and product teams.
• Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to optimize productivity and ROI.
• Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with the executive team to align technology with business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support strategic initiatives.
• Represent the technology function in board meetings, investor discussions, and public forums, as required.

Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security policies, and industry regulations.
• Mitigate technical risks through proactive planning, system audits, and robust disaster recovery strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in project delivery, product lifecycle management, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and software development practices.

Technical Key Skills:

• Defining, leading and developing the product and IT roadmaps
• Strategic planning and Execution
• Amazon AWS: Ec2, Elastic Load Balance, Route 53, Transcoding, Cloudfront, IAM.
• Should have basic knowledge of My SQL Server and JIRA toolset (Project management tool)
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

Preferred Attributes:
