Senior IT Engineer Zoho Developer

As a Sr. IT Engineer Zoho Developer at the company, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of business applications using the Zoho suite. Your responsibilities will include architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving digital transformation initiatives. - Lead the development and customization of Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc. - Architect and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations using Deluge and REST APIs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Optimize existing Zoho implementations for performance, scalability, and usability. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data governance. - Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for all customizations.
