Senior IT Engineer - Network & Security

What You Will Do

• Implement and support security and network solutions in alignment with Technical Proposals, HLDs, and Scope of Work.

• Develop LLDs, As-Built documents, configuration standards, and troubleshooting SOPs.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with presales teams to validate requirements and deliver technical recommendations.

• Work closely with OEM/vendor TAC and SE teams through full implementation cycles.

• Advocate for customer requirements and ensure solutions follow modern security best practices.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide enablement support to internal and customer teams.

Required Skills Expertise

• Strong security technology background including Firewalls, VPN, SOC, NOC, SD-WAN, SASE, SIEM, SOAR, ADC, WAF, EDR, XDR, NDR, Email Security, and AD Security.

• Excellent understanding of networking standards: Wireless (802.11, security), L2/L3, and PoE.

• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to handle simultaneous projects and maintain delivery timelines under pressure.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with both clients and internal teams.

• Demonstrated leadership with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Work Environment

• May require shifts, weekend duties, or on-call support for critical incidents.

• Primarily office-based work with extended computer usage.

• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA or CCNP (Preferred)

• Fortinet NSE (Level 5/6/7/8) Mandatory
