Senior ISC Project Management Manager

As a Project Manager in the manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional project team to achieve project goals, identify issues, and find resolutions. You will play a crucial role in accomplishing business objectives by managing the project timeline and dependencies between projects. Additionally, you will support Integrated Supply Chain sites and oversee the product qualification process in collaboration with Advance Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement Teams. Your key responsibilities will include identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, partnering with other Project Leaders and all functions at the manufacturing site, and driving customer-facing sessions to discuss project progress. You will also be expected to report progress to the Executive Leadership to ensure transparency and alignment. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in projects related to the manufacturing environment, along with at least 5 years of global company working experience. Advanced English communication skills are a must-have for effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders. In addition to the required qualifications, we value candidates with Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, or other relevant certifications), Supply Chain experience, proficiency in PM tools such as Microsoft Project and CORA, and a background in transition and/or transformation projects. Being a professional in Microsoft Office, having experience in managing multiple projects, and demonstrating the ability to lead change and influence/mentor others are also highly valued skills in this role.,
