As a member of the Global Operations Support team in the Fund Administration business line at Citco, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate entry of trade activity and providing support to trade processors. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving trades, coaching team members, distributing correspondence to investors, and maintaining high accuracy standards. - Review and approve trades booked by Trade processors - Coach and support trade processors as required - Enter all trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines - Maintain high accuracy standards for the entry of trade activity - Distribute correspondence to investors including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements, and market value statements - Assist with other related duties as required - Maintain a solid working knowledge of multiple systems for processing trades - Follow fund-specific instructions/variables - Work various shifts as needed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent - 2-4 years of experience specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent preferred; fresh graduates may also apply - Knowledge of hedge or mutual funds is an asset - Excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with a high degree of accuracy Citco prioritizes diversity and inclusivity, welcoming applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds.
