They assist in understanding the client's financial needs, provide investment advice, and help execute financial transactions. 2. Financial Analysis : Associates are responsible for conducting financial analysis, which includes creating financial models, valuing companies, and analyzing market trends to provide recommendations to clients or senior bankers. 3. Deal Execution : Associates play a crucial role in deal execution, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), and debt or equity offerings. They assist in preparing pitch materials, conducting due diligence, and managing the deal process. 4. Pitching and Presentation : Associates often work on pitch books and presentations to win new business. This involves creating compelling materials to demonstrate the bank's capabilities and expertise. 5.
