In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing financial, operational, and information systems audits under general supervision to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control processes. You will identify internal control issues and opportunities by reviewing controls, testing transactions, and analyzing data, providing valuable recommendations to management. You will also communicate business risks, control issues, and recommendations through reports, contributing to the risk assessment process. Travelling may be required to conduct audits, and you will assist in the development of risk assessments. To excel in this position, you should have public accounting experience with a Big4 or middle market firm, a minimum of 6 years of overall audit-related experience, and at least 3 years of internal audit experience. A background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A customer-centric mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA would be advantageous. Fluency in English is required, and occasional travel, up to 15%, may be necessary in accordance with ULS's safety policy.
